Dining area on the beach
Our dining/chill-out area is sheltered by wooden/leaves gazebos, where you will enjoy your meals and hang out on lazy hours.
We offer an innovative world cuisine mainly elaborated with tasty and fresh local products and spices. We work on new combinations to recover Indonesian and world recipes (France, Italy, India, Thailand, Japan…) and give them an original touch to please your palates. We do our best to offer an alternative to the usual Togean rice-fish-vegetables meals, and we cook without MSG (Monosodium glutamate).
- Breakfast includes fresh fruits and either cake, freshly baked bread or pancakes.
- For lunch or dinner, we can’t wait to have you at our table to make you discover our creative and tasty recipes!
We welcome vegetarians, trying to provide an alternative to fish (we rarely eat meat on the islands): eggs, tempeh when available, and vegetable protein foods in dishes including peanuts, pumpkin seeds, green beans, red beans and mung beans.
