Visa-free travel to Indonesia
Good news for travelers to Indonesia: 45 countries are now allowed to enter Indonesia without a visa!
The Indonesian government finally agreed on a visa-free travel regulation that was announced months ago for citizens from 45 countries, in order to boost tourism and improve relations with those countries.
Travelers can now stay 30 days in Indonesia without applying for a visa-on-arrival, and free of charge. The only thing is this permit cannot be extended or converted to another kind of stay permit.
One rule hasn’t changed: your passport still have to be valid 6 months after you leave Indonesia.
